Roasted Figs


 

Recipe adapted from various sources.

  • 6 figs, stems trimmed and halved
  • 2 T sugar
  • 2 T Grand Marnier
  • 2 T butter
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix sugar and Grand Marnier in a saucepan. Heat and stir until sugar is dissolved. Add butter and stir until melted. Remove from heat.
  3. Toss figs in mixture. Put in baking dish. Pour remaining mixture over the top.
  4. Bake 15 minutes, until soft and bubbly.
Serves 3-6.
