- 6 figs, stems trimmed and halved
- 2 T sugar
- 2 T Grand Marnier
- 2 T butter
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Mix sugar and Grand Marnier in a saucepan. Heat and stir until
sugar is dissolved. Add butter and stir until melted. Remove from heat.
- Toss figs in mixture. Put in baking dish. Pour remaining mixture over the top.
- Bake 15 minutes, until soft and bubbly.
Serves 3-6.
