- 2 T honey
- 1 T butter
- 1 c raw almonds
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1 t cinnamon
- Toast almonds in dry skillet on medium-low until aromatic and starting to brown in spots. Remove from pan.
- Melt honey and butter in skillet. Simmer 2 minutes.
- Add toasted almonds and simmer 2 minutes, stirring from time to time. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Remove to greased pan or plate, let cool slightly. Toss with sugar mixture and let cool.
Makes 1 c.
